Returns (online sales only)

If you have purchased items via our online website and are in any way dissatisfied with any of the items you have received, you can return them to us for either an exchange or a refund. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you. Simply complete the returns form on the reverse of your delivery note/invoice, then detach the form at the perforations and enclose it with the returned goods. Attach the peel-off address label on the back of this form to your return package.

Items returned to us that arrive damaged or indeed get lost in transit, will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original invoice will not be refunded. 

Please note that if an incorrect ring size is ordered, a refund will be issued upon its return, and a new order will need to be placed for the correct size. The delivery charge on the original invoice will not be refunded. 

Goods that were damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no extra cost and with free delivery

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise. This includes gift vouchers used as payment which will be refunded back as gift voucher.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • You must inform us of any breakages within 3 days of receiving the order. Returns must be received by silverorigins.com within 30 days of you receiving your order.
  • We regret, in the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of pierced earrings, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • The above policy is for purchases made online through our website only. Purchases made in person and in one of our stores please see below for returns policy. 

 

Engraved Jewellery Orders

All engraved jewellery is not a part of our refunds and exchanges policy, this is clearly stated on every engraveable item. The item will be engraved exactly as you have typed your desired text, therefore you are soley responsible for any mistakes in the engraving. If you have any queries about an engraving, please contact us before placing your order to ensure that your item is engraved exactly as you would like it. 

Returns (In-store purchases only)

Items Purchased in one of our physical stores in person can only be exchanged for another item or credited onto a gift voucher. Any increase in cost must be paid for or if less, then we will issue a credit onto a gift voucher for the difference. We do not offer a refund for items purchased in-store as they have been seen, tried on and selected before purchasing. Refunds will only be offered if the item is faulty.

Items returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged will not be credited or exchanged.

  • We regret, in the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of pierced earrings, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
