In March 2026, we are launching Origins Ocean Rewards - our brand-new loyalty programme designed to thank you every time you shop with us. Whether you’re buying a heartfelt gift, celebrating a special occasion, or simply treating yourself (we fully support that), earning rewards has never been easier.
With simple, easy-to-use rewards, you can collect points and enjoy money off future purchases - making it even more rewarding to enjoy your new favourite pieces.
How does it work?
Every time you shop with us, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for money-off vouchers at checkout. All you need to do is create a Silver Origins account, and you’ll instantly start earning your way to more sparkly jewels.
The more you shop, the more you’ll earn - and as you go, you’ll move up through our VIP tiers, unlocking faster point earning and even more exciting rewards along the way. Even a birthday surprise just for you!
Don’t have an account yet? No problem at all. You’ll still earn points on your orders and when you’re ready to create an account, they will be waiting for you in your profile.
There’s more than one way to earn! When you’re logged into your account, head to our loyalty page to access your very own interactive dashboard, packed with extra ways to collect points.

VIP Tiers
We have three VIP tiers, inspired by the sparkling gemstones we use in our jewellery and the mesmerising colours of the sea. Each tier comes with its own exclusive benefits and faster ways to earn.
Our first VIP tier, Turquoise is free to enter and lets you earn 1 point for every £1 spent.
You’ll also receive 50 birthday points when you add your birthday in the loyalty dashboard - a little sparkle to celebrate you.
Spend £150 or more, and you’ll level up to our Topaz tier.
Enjoy 75 points for entering, 75 birthday points, and earn points 1.5x faster every time you shop.
For true jewellery lovers (we see you 💙), our Aquamarine tier is the highest VIP level.
After spending £300 or more, you’ll receive 100 points for entering, 100 birthday points, earn double points on every purchase and enjoy exclusive offers. Pretty amazing, if you ask us.
Redeeming Points Online
You’ve earned those points - now it’s time to reap your rewards. Head on over to our rewards page, and scroll down to " Turn Points into Rewards". Here you'll see all the eligible rewards available to you.
Eligible rewards include:
100 points = £5 off
200 points = £10 off
400 points = £20 off
Click 'Redeem' on your chosen reward and 'Yes' to confirm. A unique voucher code will be generated for you to use at the checkout page. Please note that only one voucher code can be used per order.
Redeeming points in Silver Origins boutiques
You can also redeem your points in our St Ives and Marazion boutiques. Simply let a member of our team know the email address linked to your account at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest. Choose your reward, and we’ll apply it for you in-store.
Refunds
Changed your mind? No worries. If you’ve used points on a purchase and need to return your jewellery, you’ll receive both your money back and your points returned to your balance.
Refer a friend
Give £10, Get £10! Share your love of silver jewellery with your friends, giving them £10 off their order. Once they have completed their order, you will be rewarded too! To get started a friend click the button below.
