Silver Origins Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

To thank all of you for such an amazing summer, we wanted to giveaway one of our beautiful new designs. In this guide, you'll find our terms and conditions to this giveaway, including how you can enter too! Here’s everything you need to know.

🎁 The prize

One lucky winner will receive our NEW Pebble and Pearl Stack Necklace. This prize is worth £159.00 and will be won be one of you.

Please note this prize cannot be exchanged for cash or swapped for another item.

When is the giveaway running?

The giveaway opens from 11am on Friday 4th September and closes at 12pm Friday 11th September.

Any entries received after the closing date won't be included in the draw.

How to enter

This giveaway is happening on our Instagram and Facebook pages. To enter, please head on over to our profiles and follow the steps in the giveaway posts. You can enter on both platforms.

Want an extra entry?

You can receive one additional entry by sharing the official giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tagging @Silver_origins.

Your Story must include the giveaway post and tag @Silver_origins so that we can see and verify your additional entry.

If we can't verify your Story share, we're afraid we won't be able to count the additional entry.

The maximum entries per person is three. One from Facebook and two from Instagram if you decide to enter on both platforms. 

Giveaway Information

The giveaway is open to all UK residents! Please note the necklace will only be shipped to UK addresses. 

Once the giveaway has closed, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM or Facebook Messenger within 2 working days of the giveaway closing. The winner will need to reply within 7 days to claim their prize.

If we don't hear back within this time, or the selected entrant isn't eligible, we may choose another winner from the remaining valid entries.

Please be aware of scam messages. We'll never ask you to pay anything to claim your prize.

Receiving your prize

We'll arrange delivery of the prize to the winner's UK address. 

The prize will normally be sent within 2 working days after we've confirmed the winner's details.

Sharing our winner

With the winner's permission, we may share their first name and/or social media username when announcing the winner on our social media channels.

We may also ask whether the winner would be happy to share a photograph of themselves with their prize, but this is completely optional.

Your information

We'll only use the personal information we need to run the giveaway, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize.

We won't automatically add giveaway entrants to a marketing mailing list.

A few final things

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Please enter fairly and don't use bots, automated systems or multiple accounts to try to gain extra entries.

We reserve the right to remove entries that we believe are fraudulent, offensive, inappropriate or don't follow these terms.

If something genuinely unexpected happens that means we can't run the giveaway as planned, we'll do our best to let everyone know and make any necessary changes fairly.
